Cozy Poolside Suite
"The Cozy Poolside Suite," is a cozy upscale 2 room suite with large bath, located poolside, private entrance, large double glass doors overlooking private courtyard, pool area. It's a delightful suite for couples, or business travelers. Sleeps up to 3 w/ cozy well appointed bedroom and additional office/library with daybed and work desk. (Discuss for smaller children or with additional foldouts). All guests will find peace and tranquility to work with Hi Speed wifi throughout, including outdoors by the pool or along porches! Relax your entire stay with so many options!
Guesthouse Cabin
DETAILS OF CABIN: Casement windows wrap the architecturally unique structure of the Cabin with its upscale design for amazing views for miles! Canyons of the Colorado River are seen from the Cabin, otherwise known as "Lake Austin." There are expanses of beaches and piers in a nearby neighborhood private park, or hiking trails galore nearby, should anyone like to go for a refreshing swim, fish, hike, or enjoy a gourmet picnic prepared especially for you with one of our Specialty Picnic Baskets, under the huge old cypress trees there. Sleeps up to 8 guests, with 4 being adults, or discuss with owner the bedding details and suitability for your group!
The Combo
When guests book "The Combo" they are booking both "The Luxury Guesthouse Cabin" as well as "The Cozy Poolside Suite" for a great retreat stay! The property can sleep up to 11 persons with both Accommodations. Details of both are outlined under each. "Events" are also possible for non-staying guests and guests may book either accommodation and arrange an event with owner for additional fees based on details of your event. Special occasions to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, baby moons, bachelor, bachelorette parties, family gatherings, reunions or just friends getting together!
Events
The property is the perfect choice for hosting many different kinds of "events!" To name just a few of the wonderfully successful events we have hosted: Family reunions, birthday parties, anniversary parties, bachelor, bachelorette, wedding guests and friends' get togethers, business meetings, baby moons, showers, "Girls' GetAways," and having additional guests for a pool or event party "Events" may be separate from booking your guests staying. We've even had "glam camping" (where parents have the luxury accommodation and the kids can pitch a tent!)
